· Custom Order will be need more days to complete perfectly, so please be patient.
· 定制訂單會花比較長的時間來討論和設計，所以下單的你請務必給予耐心。:D

· After confirm stamp design, you will be asking to pay 20~50% from quotation as deposit.
· 在雙方都確定設計后，你需要先付20~50%的訂金。

· After receive your comment/order, Shane will confirm your order availability by contact your email or phone, so please checked you are filling up the right number and email.;)
· 在收到你的留言或訂單后，會再一次聯絡并向你確定訂單上的資料，確保沒有失誤。

· You will receive total amount and a bank account for made payment to Shane. :D

· 過後你會收到需要匯款的數目和銀行資料

· Please keep or print-screen the receipt /sms notification from bank and attach to Shane by email or forward sms.
· 匯款后請把收條或則銀行發出的確認匯款sms保存，並且電郵或forward sms給Shane以作證明

· After you made payment and confirmed by Shane, the parcel will be send out on 3 workings days and arrived your place depends on the services from postman.
